PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flooring having a surface hardly influenced by water, hardly damaged or dented even if a load is added to a caster or the like and having design properties prevented from being damaged due to unevenness of the surface of plywood appearing on the surface of a decorated sheet as it is. SOLUTION: In the flooring formed by laminating an adhesive layer and the decorated sheet having a surface protected layer consisting of an ionizing radiation hardening type resin on a surface layer on the resin impregnation paper hardened layer of a composite material formed by laminating a resin impregnation paper hardening layer to one side of the plywood in due order, the resin impregnation hardening layer is an integrally formed layer formed by heat-pressure-bonding resin impregnation paper impregnated with a phenol resin on one side of the plywood.
