PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide welding equipment linked with a pressing device where a component can be welded to a steel sheet material after press working by electric resistance welding synchronously with the advance/retreat operation of the pressing device. SOLUTION: In the form where a pressing device 1 imparts an advance/retreat operation to a press die, and a steel sheet material 9 is subjected to press working, the pressing device 1 is combined with a component feeder 43 of feeding a component 21 to the steel sheet material 9 after press working fed out from the press die, and welding equipment 16 for welding the component 21 to the steel sheet material 9 by an advance/retreat operation according to electric resistance welding. Thus, press working and electric resistance welding are valid as a series of process so as to improve productivity. Then, the modification of the pressing device can be made the minimum.
