PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine sludge liquid-removing apparatus which separates fine sludge into solid matter and liquid with high treatment efficiency. SOLUTION: The press receiving member 60 compressing a fine sludge 18 within a cylindrical die 14 has a through-hole 68 penetrating the upper block 70 and a pin 72 removability inserted into the through-hole 68 in a removable way so as to form a discharge hole 76 of a ring-shaped cross-section in the receiving surface 74 of the receiving member 60. The arrangement allows the machining liquid within the fine sludge 18 to be guided outside through the single ring-shaped discharge hole 76 which serves as a large number of fine-diameter discharge holes, resulting in efficient separation of the fine sludge 18 into a briquette 87 and the machining liquid. The removability of the pin 72 inserted into the through-hole 68 allows easy cleaning of the inner peripheral surface of the through-hole 68 and the outer peripheral surface of the pin 72 by removing the pin 72 simply even when the ring-shaped discharge hole 76 is choked, resulting in improved treatment efficiency of the fine sludge liquid-removing apparatus 10.
