PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supercritical extraction device which extracts a sufficient amount of extract without spending the time for filling/exchange of a raw material and a supercritical extraction method utilizing the device. SOLUTION: The device includes: a carbon dioxide supply unit, a carbon dioxide flow passage connected to the carbon dioxide supply unit, a raw material supply unit housing a raw material added with a solvent, a raw material flow passage connected to the raw material supply unit and an acting chamber. A pressurized unit and a temperature control unit are installed on the carbon dioxide flow passage, and the raw material is sent in the form of a liquid from the raw material supply unit to the acting chamber. The pressurized unit is installed on the raw material flow passage, and the carbon dioxide flow passage and the raw material flow passage are respectively connected to the acting chamber. The acting chamber is provided with an extract flow passage and a treated fluid flow passage, contains an adsorbate, a plurality of independent materials, in the inside, and the adsorbate reduces the fluidizing speed of carbon dioxide and adsorbs the extract at the same time.
