PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily maneuverable hemostatic device giving an excellent hemostatic effect. SOLUTION: The hemostatic device 1 of the present invention is composed of a flexible band body 2 to wrap around the site of wrist 500 (body) to stop bleeding, a flat fastener 3 for fixing the band body 2 on the wrist 500 under a wrapped state, a curved plate 4 constructed with a more rigid material than that of the band body 2 and curving at least one part toward the inner peripheral side, a balloon 5 arranged inside of the curved plate 4 and expanding by infusion of a fluid, and an auxiliary balloon 6 arranged so as to overlap at least one part to the balloon 5 between the curved plate 4 and the balloon 5 and pressing the balloon 5. The insides of the balloon 5 and the auxiliary balloon 6 are communicated via a communicating part 12 and both the balloon 5 and the auxiliary balloon 6 are expanded by infusion of the fluid.
