PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retaining structure of a vibration source eliminating any possibility of disconnection of a wire of the vibration source by surely retaining the vibration source in a simple structure using a recess part provided in the approximately columnar vibration source without applying an unnecessary stress to the vibration source and to provide a storage case, a performance button and a game machine. SOLUTION: This retaining structure has an approximately columnar case body 25a and a calking mark 25g formed at the bottom part 25f, and retains a vibration motor 25 applying the vibration to a performance button unit 27 which a player operates related to a prescribed game expressed on a game board 6. This retaining structure is further provided with an inner side wall 26b retaining a columnar side wall 25d of the case body 25a and regulating the XY-directional movement of the vibration motor 25, an inner bottom wall 26c retaining the bottom part 25f and regulating the Z-directional movement of the vibration motor 25, and an engagement projection 26d engaged with the calking mark 25g and regulatingθ-directional movement of the vibration motor 25.
