PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muscle strengthening training system for opening parts which achieves a smooth muscle strengthening training by facilitating the determination of the current muscle level and also enables the instantaneous recognition of the results while continuing the training following a training program by instantaneously determining the stages of muscle level. SOLUTION: The system has a measuring member/training device which is applied into an opening part of a human body and can carry out a muscle strengthening training while measuring a contraction pressure value and a contraction pressure sustaining time of the muscle near the opening part of the human body, an evagination pressure sealing means, a start transmission presentation means, a contraction pressure value measuring means, a contraction pressure sustaining time measuring means and a muscle level analysis means for analyzing the levels of the muscle near the opening part, Respective training programs are generated from the muscle levels to carry out a strengthening training of the muscle near the opening part of the human body with the measuring member/training device from the programs.
