<p>Disclosed is functional barley milk, which is prepared by adding milk produced from dairy cows fed with prototype bailed silage made from whole- crop barley at an amount of 30 to 50 wt% of daily feeds with ß-glucan extracted from domestic husked (clean) barley grains at an amount of 2 to 4 part by weight of the milk.</p>
