The present invention relates to aqueous emulsions of fenobucarb, carbosulfan or pirimiphos-methyl and production methods thereof. The production methods involves adding emulsifier, thickener, antifreeze, stabilizer, deionized water and the like to fenobucarb, carbosulfan or pirimiphos-methyl, and dissolving/melting, homogenizing and dispersing the resultant mixture. The aqueous emulsions of the present invention contain very low amount of organic solvent, therefore they are not only safe for transportation and use but also bring no pollution to environment. They are suitable for the control of injurious insect in rice, fruit tree and storehouse.
