A storage container using a micro porous earthenware is provided to keep the proper concentration of the oxygen and the carbon dioxide and to freshly keep the gardening products for a long time by attaching the fragment of the earthenware at the plastic box, the glass bottle, and the metal container. A storage container using a micro porous earthenware is composed of an earthenware fragment attached on one side of the container. The oxygen transmittance is 0.05~10 mol atm^-1m^-2h^-1 at 5‹ of the earthenware fragment, the porosity is 10~30%, and the thickness is 2~10mm. The earthenware fragment accounts for 0.01~5% of the whole area of the container.
