<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable one type of bobbin whose height is adjustable to cope with a plurality of types of transformers. <P>SOLUTION: The transformer has a bobbin 2, comprising a foundation section 2A and a bobbin body 2B. A primary side coil Ca and a secondary side coil Cb are wound around a cylindrical section 2d in the bobbin body 2B while interposing an insulating tape 4 between both of them, terminals (a), (b) in respective coils Ca, Cb are connected to appropriate pins 1a, 1b in the foundation section 2A, and heights H1, H2 in the cylindrical section 2d are set to creepage distance based on the potential difference between both the coils Ca, Cb. In the transformer, the bobbin body 2B is separated from the foundation section 2A, and the low end section of the cylindrical section 2d is inserted into a support hole 8 formed at a connection frame 2c in the foundation section 2A so that it can travel, thus forming the heights H1, H2 in the cylindrical section 2d adjustably. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
