<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film stripper which allows the user to easily strip a film from a wire rod, and a stripping method using it. <P>SOLUTION: This film stripper is equipped with a wire rod supporting mechanism 3 which supports the wire rod 1, a cut giving mechanism 5 which gives a cut 36 to the film 35 by shifting a cutting tool 4 toward the center from outside the wire rod 1, and a cutter relatively shifting mechanism 6 which relatively shifts the cutting tool 4 in the longitudinal direction of the wire rod 1. It gives cuts 36 to desired two points in wire rod's longitudinal direction of the film 35 by the cut giving mechanism 5, and relatively shifts the cutting tool 4 from one cut 36 to the other cut 36 by means of the cutter relatively shifting mechanism 6 thereby stripping the film 35. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
