PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded article excellent in appearance and physical properties by reducing shear heat generation and carrying out melting plasticization efficiently when extruding-melting and extruding-kneading a heat-resistant acrylic resin. SOLUTION: When carrying out the melting-extruding of a heat-resistant acrylic resin, a screw shape that satisfies specific conditions is selected, and thereby thermolysis by the shear heat generation of a resin is suppressed without dropping productivity, and sufficient plasticization or kneading is performed.
