PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an admixture composition for a hydraulic material which can effectively reduce drying shrinkage, and can impart sufficient fluidity/dispersibility to a hydraulic material such as a concrete member or the like. SOLUTION: The admixture composition for a hydraulic material comprises: a polyamine compound, as a side chain (1), containing a hydrocarbon radical in which the number of carbon atoms is 4 to 30 as an essential component; and a high performance AE water reducing agent and/or a shrinkage reducing agent.
