PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design method for judging necessity of component built in an interposer in electronic component which is integrated in large scale. SOLUTION: The design method of electronic component comprises a first step for computing comparing resonance frequency and comparing parasitic inductance generated by comparing electronic component, by virtually assuming the comparing electronic component of the structure that a resistor and a capacitor are provided externally to the interposer 201, and an LSI chip 200 and the interposer 201 are connected with wire bonding; a step of determining that a resistor 20 is built in the interposer 201 when the operating frequency is set lower than the computed comparing resonance frequency; and a step of determining that the capacitor is built in the interposer 201 when the parasitic inductance is set under one-third of the comparing parasitic inductor computed in the first step.
