PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device for vehicles with a long lifetime and a high performance. SOLUTION: A power supply device for vehicles includes a DC power supply B1 capable of accumulating electricity for supplying electricity to an inverter 14 and a motor M1, a DC power supply B2 capable of accumulating electricity with a lower output voltage than the DC power supply B1 for supplying electricity to a load circuit for auxiliary machinery, a DC/DC converter connected between the DC power supplies B1 and B2 for supplying electricity with voltages stepped-down from the DC power supply B1 toward the DC power supply B2, and a control device 30 for directing a drop of the amount of electricity supply or stoppage of electricity supply to the DC/DC converter. Preferably, the lower the temperatures relating to temperatures of the DC power supply B1 become within a predetermined range of at least temperature, the smaller a predetermined current value corresponding to a predetermined temperature is defined.
