METHOD FOR DETECTING DEGRADATION/CHARGE CONDITIONS OF STORAGE BATTERY, AND DEVICE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect both degradation/charge conditions of a storage battery in a same row to suitably control the battery. SOLUTION: A method includes the steps of determining the charge state quantity of the battery by a charge state quantity calculating means, based on the set value of a degradation state quantity; determining of degradation state quantity are repeated two or more times predetermined by a degradation state quantity calculating means, based on the charge state quantity; determining the last degradation state quantity that by repeating the predetermined times is output as the output value of the degradation state quantity; and outputting the charge state quantity that is determined last as the output value of the charge state quantity, and storing the output value of the degradation state quantity in a memory.
