发明名称 (GRANULATED AND HYDROTHERMALLY SOLIDIFIED BODY OF PAPER SLUDGE INCINERATION ASH)-ALUMINUM COMPOSITE MATERIAL
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material having excellent heat insulating property by adding a small amount of solidification material (cement, quicklime, etc.) to PS (paper sludge) incineration ash, adding water, performing agitation using a mixer, granulating the resultant mixture, subjecting the resultant granulated body to high-temperature and high-pressure autoclave curing to apply reaction (hydrothermal solidification reaction) and then mixing the resultant nonfired granulated and solidified body with aluminum. SOLUTION: Water and/or warm water, quicklime and cement are added to incineration ash generated at PS incineration. Mixing and granulation into granular state are carried out at a temperature ranging from ordinary temperature to 98°C. The resultant granulated molded body are cured to undergo reaction (hydrothermal solidification reaction) under high temperature and high pressure to form a solidified body. The solidified body is used as a grain to be dispersed and also an aluminum material obtained by utilizing recycled aluminum cans is used as a molten metal, by which wettability between the granulated and hydrothermally solidified body of PS incineration ash and the aluminum material can be improved. By this method, the composite material excellent in damping, sound-absorbing and heat insulating properties and having sufficient strength and durability can be manufactured without loading high pressure.
