PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional method for obtaining a reclaimed resin from a urethane hydrolysis product, wherein when the hydrolysis product is mixed with a reclaiming agent for reacting with the hydrolysis product, their reaction gradually proceeds at room temperature to shorten a pot life and deteriorate preservability. SOLUTION: This resin composition is obtained by reacting a urethane resin hydrolysis product with formaldehyde or a methylol group-having compound. Since the reaction of the resin composition little proceeds under a non-heated state, the resin composition has good preservability after mixed, and can prevent the uselessness of the resin.
