PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that initial setting must be executed at optimum timing since the optimum operation timing during power-on is different, even in a power supply voltage generation circuit generating a power supply voltage and each internal circuit using the power supply voltage in a semiconductor device using various internal power supply voltages. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device is composed so as to generate and input each optimized internal circuit preset signal to the power supply voltage generation circuit and each internal circuit using the power supply voltage of the power supply voltage generation circuit. By such a constitution, it is possible to provide the semiconductor device in which stable operation during power-on can be executed by the optimized internal circuit preset signal in various internal circuits.
