PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio LAN terminal 10 capable of re-subordinating a radio LAN terminal 13 to an access point 20 to which it is previously subordinated after the radio LAN terminal 13 changes the access point 20 of subordinate destination, in the access point 20 permitting the radio LAN terminal 13 to be subordinated to within the previously determined number of devices. SOLUTION: This access point 20 permits the subordinate of the radio LAN terminal 13 within the previously determined maximum number of subordinatable devices. When the radio LAN terminal 13 which is subordinated to itself changes its subordinate destination to another access point 20, this access point 20 provides a re-subordinatable range to which only this radio LAN terminal 13 can be subordinated in the minimum number of subordinate devices only in a predetermined period.
