PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image output method in a CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) system with which the status of a river having a plurality of points where rivers join can be grasped. SOLUTION: When different images obtained by photographing rivers with a plurality of cameras are composited, images of points to be composited are subjected to image processing into a composite image which is easy to visually see, and a composite image is output to the outside.
