PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus having an advantage in improving convenience of a user by enabling to pick up images in various modes. SOLUTION: A video signal is being transmitted by a radio signal S from an imaging apparatus 10 to an imaging apparatus 60, both an image 10A (equivalent to second image) being imaged with the imaging apparatus 10 and an image 60A (equivalent to first image) being imaged with the imaging apparatus 60 are simultaneously displayed on a display screen of a display 74 of the imaging apparatus 60. A photographer can control an photographing operation of the imaging apparatus 10 by operating a start button 102 and a stop button 104 of a touch panel 78 while visually recognizing the image 10A largely displayed on the display 74 of the imaging apparatus 60 held in hand.
