PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized X-ray laser generator which can generate hard X-ray laser of 1 keV or more. SOLUTION: The X-ray laser generator comprises a device 1 which generates an electron beam and accelerates it, two or more targets 2 arranged on a transportation orbit of a generated electron beam 4, and an X-ray mirror 3 for changing X-rays 5 into a monochromatic state which are generated by making the electron beam 4 collide with two or more targets 2.
