PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form lead-out terminals of anodes and cathodes on the rear side of a fluorescent display tube in the fluorescent display tube. SOLUTION: The anodes A1, A2 of an anode substrate 31 are connected to a relay pad 41 of a cathode substrate 32 through relay conductors 441, 442. A lead-out conductor 431 is connected to the relay pad 41. The lead-out conductor 431 is led out from wiring lead-out holes 451, 461 of a wiring sealing member 452 to the rear side (outer surface) of the anode substrate 31, and fixed to the lead-out pad 421. A lead-out conductor 432 is connected to the cathodes C1, C2 of the cathode substrate 32. The lead-out conductor 432 is led out from wiring lead-out holes 453 of a wiring sealing member 454 and from the wiring lead-out holes 462 to the rear side (outer surface) of the anode substrate 31, and fixed to a lead-out pad 422.
