PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transaction device capable of shifting information stored in an IC card to another IC card by an operation by a customer. SOLUTION: The automatic transaction device 1 is provided with a card reader part 12 for reading and writing the information from/to the memory element of the IC card and an IC card transaction processing part for outputting an instruction to write a part or all of the information read from an information transfer origin IC card to an information transfer destination IC card to the card reader part. Then, a part or all of the information read from the information transfer origin IC card inserted to the card reader part 12 is written to the information transfer destination IC card inserted to the card reader part 12.
