PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal drive power generation air conditioning device capable of simultaneously or separately operating a Rankine cycle and a refrigerating cycle. SOLUTION: The thermal drive power generation air conditioning device is equipped with a first evaporator for evaporating a working medium, an expansion machine for expanding the evaporated working medium, a power generator for taking out the expansion work of the expansion machine as power, a first condenser for condensing the working medium from the expansion machine, the Rankine cycle equipped with a circulation pump for circulating the working medium from the first condenser to the first evaporator, a second evaporator for evaporating the working medium expanded in the expansion machine, a compressor for compressing the working medium from the second evaporator, a second condenser for condensing the working medium from the compressor, and the refrigerating cycle for feeding the working medium from the second condenser to the first evaporator. The air conditioning device is provided with a control means at an outlet part of the first condenser capable of freely adjusting the flow rate of the working medium to the circulation pump side and the second evaporator side.
