PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone type emulsion which does not require the use of a specific thickening agent and the use of a silicone type surface active agent in accordance with the type of a silicone oil, excels in stability with time, and furthermore has the same function as the emulsion by the conventional surface active agent. SOLUTION: This silicone type emulsion is obtained by incorporating an emulsifying dispersing agent having, as the major component, bimolecular membrane type fine particles formed of an amphipathic substance having self-organizability as an essential component into a silicone oil. A (polyoxyethylene) hydrogenated castor oil derivative having an average addition molar number (E) of ethylene oxide of 5-15 or the like out of the (polyoxyethylene) hardened castor oil derivative represented by the formula of Figure is used as the amphipathic substance having self-organizability.
