PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure mounting accuracy of a housing with respect to a frame in the vicinity of the position to a mirror base without using screwing, and maintain the mounting accuracy even when a vehicle is used for a long period. SOLUTION: A cross-shaped rib 72 is projectingly formed in an end part of the frame 52. Respective pieces 72a, 72b, 72c, 72d of the cross-shaped rib 72 are formed to have wedged shapes. A receiving part 42 which is constituted by a total of four ribs 78, 80, 82, 84 arranged such that two sets of the ribs extending to the horizontal direction and vertically forming two lines are placed in the longitudinal direction is formed in a corresponding wall face position inside the housing 34. By biting the respective pieces 72a, 72b, 72c, 72d of the cross-shaped rib 72 into recesses 88, 86, 90, 92 constituted by the receiving part 42, the frame 52 and the housing 34 are positioned in one end part, and are connected and fixed in the vicinity of the other end part by screwing.
