PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a vehicle capable of easily controlling an accelerator pedal at the time of deceleration of a vehicle by controlling a treading reaction force of the accelerator pedal. SOLUTION: A deceleration intention estimation part judges whether it is estimated that a driver intends to decelerate the vehicle or not from traveling environmental information, accelerator pedal input information and vehicle traveling information (step S120). A relation diagram setting part increases an operating reaction force of the accelerator pedal when the accelerator pedal is operated to a return side so as to heighten controllability of the accelerator pedal at the time of deceleration of the vehicle when it is estimated that the driver intends to decelerate the vehicle (step S130).
