Blade-like shaft (10) of a hip-joint prosthesis for anchoring in the femur, with, on the one hand, a portion (19) that comprises a prosthesis neck (18), and with, on the other hand, a femoral anchoring portion (21) which narrows towards a distal end (20) and whose lateral narrow side (22) includes a distal rectilinear portion (23) and a proximal curved portion (11), wherein the rectilinear portion (23) extends along a length (L_D) of 60% to 75% of the total length (L_G) of the shaft (10).
