An assembling construction material for covering a concrete surface of a building is provided to install the construction material conveniently by assembling and disassembling the construction material simply and adjusting a shock absorbing member accurately, and to prevent damage or injury by protecting the concrete surface from impact. An assembling construction material includes a body(10) provided with plural insertion grooves formed in the front and an assembling part(12) formed in an inner periphery of the insertion groove and fixed to a concrete wall(30), and a shock absorbing member(20) having an insertion projection fitted to an insertion groove of the body and an assembling part detachably combined with the assembling part of the body and formed in an outer periphery of the insertion projection. The back of the body is mounted to the front of the concrete wall, and fastened by an assembling member(40). The insertion projection is fixed to the insertion groove in attaching the shock absorbing member to the fixing groove, and the assembling part is deformed and pushed into the assembling part of the insertion groove.
