<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a soluble film that has a satisfactory feeling on the tongue and low adhesiveness or brittleness and responds to needs of a quickly soluble film which readily transports an active substance. <P>SOLUTION: The soluble film is used for administration of an active component. The film comprises a degraded pectin and at least one kind of another film-forming component.
