CONSUMABLES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND MACHINE TO BE MANAGED USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the downtime of a machine to be managed to the utmost with a more simple method independent of a communication means.

SOLUTION: Regarding the consumables management system used for the machine 1 to be managed wherein replaceable consumables 2 are loaded, the system includes a warning means 3 for giving warning that the replacement time of the consumables 2 comes soon, a releasing operation means 4 for releasing the warning given by the warning means 3 and a job performance limiting means 5 for allowing the machine 1 to be managed to perform the following job under such the condition that the releasing operation is performed by the releasing operation means 4.
