<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet containing a highly concentrated royal jelly powder poor in compression moldability in directly making tablet and capable of achieving high hardness. <P>SOLUTION: This tablet contains royal jelly powder and processed starch powder, and is produced by direct tableting. The processed starch powder is preferably porous starch powder or granulated starch powder, and especially preferably porous starch powder.
