<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service-providing device which can increase the number of times of using services via a network, and also provide a service-providing method. <P>SOLUTION: The service-providing method has the following steps: a user-charge setting step which sets service charges to one-time provision of services to users, a service-charge setting step which sets respective allotted service charges of a plurality of service providers to the service charges, a service providing step which provides the users with services in compliance with requests, a charging step which charges the service charges to the users, a charge-allotting step which allots the service charges collected by the charging step to the service providers according to the charges set in the service charge setting step, and a service charge renewal step which renews the respective allotted service charges of the plurality of service providers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
