<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify the utilization range of personal information on an electronic medical chart. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic medical chart system is provided with an electronic medical chart input/output terminal 1 for electronically recording the information of diagnosing or treatment of a patient and a server 2 network-connected with the electronic medical chart input/output terminal 1 for managing electronic medical chart information outputted by the input/output terminal. The server 2 is provided with a means for extracting the personal information in the electronic medical chart information and ciphering the extracted personal information, a means for generating cipher key information for ciphering the personal information for the ciphered personal information, a means for storing a utilization standard relating to the utilization of the personal information, and a means for referring to the stored utilization standard of the personal information and limiting deciphering by the generated cipher key information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
