<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system and a management program for an apartment house, which find a basic reference price of cost necessary for repair in the case of the large-scale repair in the apartment house. <P>SOLUTION: In this management system for the apartment house, a revenue and expenditure situation of cost necessary for maintenance and the repair of the apartment house having a plurality of exclusively possessed sections is managed by a computer. The system has an appropriate owner information management means 11, an accounting means 12, and a design means 13. The appropriate owner information management means 11 registers information related to an appropriate owner of each the section of the apartment house. The accounting means 12 calculates a saving situation of a repair reserve fund paid from each of the appropriate owner. The design means 13 selects time, the kind, and specifications of work necessary for the repair of a shared part of the apartment house, and calculates the repair cost based on the specifications. The design means 13 has a comparison decision part calculating the repair cost by use of an integrated unit price in public works, and comparing the repair cost and a present reserve amount of the repair reserve fund calculated by the accounting means 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
