PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus capable of immediately informing a prescribed destination about a coming of a visitor. SOLUTION: A flowchart for denoting operations in the first embodiment includes: a step S2 of storing image information and voice information input from a doorphone when the communication apparatus detects a signal of representing depression of a pushbutton from the doorphone (step S1); a step S4 of making dialing to a preset prescribed destination every time a timer is counted up (a loop of steps S3 to S7 and steps S11 to S14); and a step S10 of stopping dialing by each prescribed time and transmitting the image information and the voice information stored in the step S2 to the prescribed destination when receiving a tone signal # from a line (step S7) during transmission of a message after the dialing (step S6).
