PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fix a toner image onto a sheet by smoothly circulating the sheet even when eccentricity of a belt feeding the sheet is corrected. SOLUTION: A fixer 114 includes an endless belt 13 which is circulated while being bridged over rollers 14, 15 for heating an image on a sheet in a nit part, a correction mechanism for swinging the belt in its width direction, and an oil application roller 16 abutted to the belt.
