PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a link operating device which is simple, light-weight and compact in construction. SOLUTION: A movable member 4 opposed to a stationary member 1 is provided with three receptacle parts 6 radially from the center of the axis within a plane vertical to the axis at equal intervals on the circular circumference. A spherical member 5 is slidably disposed on each of the receptacle parts 6 of the movable member 4 radially. The spherical member 5 is axially slidably disposed on the stationary member 1 so that the projection position to the stationary member 1 of the center of the spherical member 5 is kept on the PCR position with the equal interval on the circular circumference. A stationary mechanism 7 for fixing the movable member 4 in a predetermined attitude with respect to the stationary member 1 is provided on at least either a gap between the spherical member 5 and the stationary member 1 or a gap between the spherical member 5 and the movable member 4.
