PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable laminated nonwoven fabric having high collecting performance/low pressure loss and excellent pleating property and pleat retention and provide a filtration material produced by using the nonwoven fabric. SOLUTION: The laminated nonwoven fabric is composed of a polylactic acid resin fiber and produced by bonding a melt blown nonwoven fabric A and a melt blown nonwoven fabric B having large average fiber diameter compared with the nonwoven fabric A by welding the fibers of the fabrics. The laminated nonwoven fabric satisfies the following formulas; 10≤x≤80, 40≤y≤200, 1≤X≤10, 5≤Y≤40, X<Y, and 0.1≤z/(x×X+y×Y)≤1.0 wherein x is the basis weight (g/m<SP>2</SP>) of the melt blown nonwoven fabric A, y is the basis weight (g/m<SP>2</SP>) of the melt blown nonwoven fabric B, z is the bending resistance (mgf) of the laminated nonwoven fabric, X is the average fiber diameter (μm) of the melt blown nonwoven fabric A, and Y is the average fiber diameter (μm) of the melt blown nonwoven fabric B.
