PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluvastatin-containing tablet having bioavailability at least equal to a capsule of the fluvastatin. SOLUTION: Carmellose calcium is used as a disintegrating agent when producing the fluvastatin-containing tablet. As a result, the fluvastatin-containing tablet having the good bioavailability equal to the fluvastatin-containing capsule conventionally present on the market is obtained. Generally, a tablet is produced more efficiently and more inexpensively compared to the capsule, and is more conformable for a person to be administered.
