PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair dye composition or bleaching agent composition which contains an oily component, needs a mixing work, when used, and can enhance the miscibility of the hair dye or the bleaching agent. SOLUTION: This hair dye composition which comprises the first hair dye comprising (A) an oxidation dye and (B) an alkali agent and the second hair dye comprising (C) an oxidizing agent and (D) an oily component is characterized in that a part or all of (D) the oily component is compounded as particles.
