PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide physiologic saline containing atomic hydrogen in large quantity, having -400 to -600 mV of oxidation-reduction potential, and 4.5-8.0 of pH. SOLUTION: The physiologic saline is obtained by infusing hydrogen gas into an aqueous solution of sodium chloride of 0.9% concentration, under 0.1-0.95 MPa of infusing pressure for 10 sec to 10 min to form bubbles of molecular hydrogen and then contacting the bubbles of molecular hydrogen with elements of the platinum group for activating the molecular hydrogen and converting into atomic hydrogen.
