摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly convey a thermosensitive adhesive sheet without causing the sheet to stop in the position where it faces a thermally activating thermal head, even if a thermosensitive adhesive layer has a non-activating part. SOLUTION: A thermally activating device 1 includes the thermally activating thermal head 2 that heats the thermosensitive adhesive layer of the thermosensitive sheet 10 and thermally activates the adhesive layer, and a thermally activating platen roller 3 disposed opposite the thermal head 2. The thermally activating platen roller 3 is formed from fluorosilicone rubber with a rubber hardness of 30 to 50°, and has a ten-point average roughness Rz of 10 to 15μm. The thermally activating thermal head 2 is pressed by a spring 4 and, thereby, the thermally activating platen roller 3 is relatively in contact with the thermally activating thermal head 2 with a pressure of 5 to 10 gf/mm<SP>2</SP>. While the thermosensitive adhesive sheet 10 is conveyed between the platen roller 3 and thermal head 2, its thermosensitive adhesive layer is thermally activated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
