PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glare-shielding device for a vehicle capable of preventing an occupant from being glared by direct light suddenly entering indoors as the vehicle moves to a place open in the circumference from a position where the direct sunlight is shielded by buildings, etc and does not enter indoors by previously actuating a light-shielding means before the vehicle enters a position estimated with incidence of the direct sunlight by predicting the position. SOLUTION: A control part 34 of this glare-shielding processing device 30 assumes a region of incidence where the direct sunlight enters in accordance with information to be provided by acquiring the information of current positions from a navigation device 10 and each of other parts, a advancing direction, speed, a map data, a data concerning a shading object on the map, an orbital data of the sun, etc. Thereafter, this control part 34 transfers a glare-shielding means such as a sun visor 22 and a transparent liquid crystal panel 24 to a light-shielding state in accordance with the region of incidence and the current position of the vehicle.
