<p>A damper (12) used for a speaker, comprising a frame (5), a magnetic circuit (1) joined to the frame (5), a voice coil body (2) inserted into a magnetic gap (8) formed in the magnetic circuit (1), and a diaphragm (3) connected to the frame (5) at its outer peripheral end part and to the voice coil body (2) at its inner peripheral end part. The speaker damper (12) further comprises a first support part (10) connected to the voice coil body (2) at its inner peripheral end part, connected to the frame (5) at its outer peripheral end part, and having a first elastic modulus on its inner peripheral side and a second support part (11) with a second elastic modulus different from the first elastic modulus on the outer peripheral side of the first support part (10). As a result, even if the amount of the amplitude of the voice coil body (2) is increased, the distortion of the speaker can be reduced since the increased amplitude does not apply a large load to the vibration of the voice coil body (2).</p> |
