<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily start applications of a plurality of different systems in an integrated platform on one terminal device. <P>SOLUTION: A portable terminal system 106 comprises a portable mobile computer, and is constructed with an information processing part 110, an information display part 112, an information input part 113, an information storage part 114, a wireless communication I/F 115, and an application detection file storage part 116. In the information processing part 110, a device central control application 120, a cost calculation application 121, an operation history application 122, and a network connection application 123 can be started.
