<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formed body (a civil engineering construction concrete structure, a concrete secondary product) composed of mortar or concrete and subjected to a bending moment, in which absolute values of compressive strength and bending strength are increased, and also, the ratio of the bending strength to the compressive strength is increased. <P>SOLUTION: In the formed body composed of mortar or concrete comprising cement and a cement admixture, the cement admixture is obtained by blending silica fume and fly ash classified into≤20μm, and the blending ratio of the silica fume: the classified fly ash is controlled to 95:5 to 10:90 by mass ratio.
